Installation of SP1 after downloaded

After I downloaded the SP1 for Window XP Home Version, it
started to extract all files and asked me to back up
which I did. Asked me if I need to or not to Achive. I
tried and chose in two different times - Yes and also Not
to Achive. Both failed when installation is in progress
and failed - canceled.

Any suggestion to help please.

> when you download sp1 you want two backup your files ok it will take
longer but it is well wroth the wait because you can take it out later
archive your file so you will be safe trust me this is the best way ok if
you dont backup the files you will not be able two take out sp1 without
repairing remember repairing will make you lose the files note this for you
will remember ok .
