I went to that setting and it is on maximum. If I cant go
back to went I installed this damm soft ware how can I
uninstall it when I go to "Add or remove" it says"An
installation support file could not be installed. The
system cannot find the file specified. Thanks Kay.

Reinstalling the offending software from the source files might repair all
the files in such a way that you can then uninstall them correctly. If you
can't do that (or don't want to) visit this site for info on how you might
