Printer dissappears when new person logs on

I run a school network with 100 win XP pcs and a win 2000
server. All the student have individual logins. Network
printers installed by me are not present when the next
peson logs on. How can i install a network printer and
have it stay on the local machine available to anyone who
logs on.
