I'd be able to review it, but it wouldn't get me any farther that it did
you. You could turn up the logging of the spooler by going to the printers
folder, select "File... Server Properties", tab Advanced and click "Log
spooler information events" then try again.

For the benefit of those who encounter similar problem:
Perform complete system re-install - the problem will go
away. It worked for me and Tom.
