xp fax not working

Hi,

I had an odd problem. The fax console worked at home (I
have ADSL at home) but not at work (also with ADSL), fax
console reported: "Fatal error" - protocol error?. I tried
to connect to Internet from work with the modem but it
didn't work either. At last I tried connecting the line
cable to another line jack and it worked.
