custom forms

I have switch to windows xp, but my forms are screwed up.
I have set the custom forms in the server properties, but
for some reason my printer is not printing to the length
specified on my custom form. is thier any thing i am doing
wrong, are their a set of procedure that i have to follow.
i am stuck help
