Well, I didn't get too far. When I try to view the server
properties I get this error: "Server properties cannot be
viewed. The print spooler service is not running."

I turned on the print spooler service under admin tools,
too. So this seems screwed up.

You say there is no
>printer there, so let's check the drivers are gone too.
From the Toolbar,
>select File, Server Properties. Look in the Drivers
tab. If you see
>entries for the old Epson printer, highlight each and
select Remove.
>
>Now disconnect the printer and reboot the PC. Do NOT
reconnect the printer.
>
>Download the software from the Epson website at
http://tinyurl.com/9ld4
>
>Install the software and only connect the printer when
the software tells
>you to do so. Any better?
