Its not a norwegian problem, getting the same thing here
with their newest build. Must be their problem. I Remote
assist a lot of ppl but anyone who has the newest build
of 6.0 it gives them the same error msg when they try to
request remote assistance from me. We may just have to
wait for Microsoft to acknowledge and fix the problem.
Keep an eye on their updates page.
