copy a page on my screen to a disk

I have windows that have information on them that I want
to save, and I am able to open the windows, and print
them, but how do I save those same windows to a disk? just
having them on a piece of paper is not enough, if I can
put that same information on a floppy, I can save myself a
lot of paper and printing time.

Load the PAINT program and load the screen and then save to disk as a jpeg.
