My Computer will not open. I can open individual parts
by using the Run functionn and typing in, for example,
C:. Any help would be appreciated.

Is "My Computer" missing or VERY slow to open ( 3 to 5 minutes) ? I
unplugged my scanner, rebooted and it popped right up. replugged my scanner
and all is well. This fix hasn't worked for others.

Never had a problem with it before. But I unplugged the
USB cable and then I could open My Computer (it wasn't
just slow). I'll now try turning off the F80 and
replugging USB and see what happens.

I'll call Canon and see what's up.

Many thanks.

Here are a couple fixs you might try. Go to Kelly's site and check the line
I listed below. If those don't help try her windows a-to-z help section.
She has a GREAT site.
