Ring Central Fax

Since I installed Windows XP I cannot send out faxes
using Ring Central Fax. I keep getting this message "An
application has attempted to directly access the hard
drive which cannot be supported. This may cause the
application to function incorrectly. Choose close to
terminate this application. What is going on?

Windows XP prevents applications from directly accessing hardware.
Perhaps your fax product is incompatible with Windows XP. You may
have to upgrade to a later version or switch to a different product
since the latest version of your product was released before Windows
XP was available.
