qasf.dll

Hello. I wanted to reinstall the file qasf.dll in win xp
but I don't know the target location. I skipped the file
during installation because of error. So far, my xp is
running smooth, but I don't wanna wait before an error
occurs. So I need your precious help to identify the
target location. Thanks a lot in advance.

It goes into C:\Windows\System32 (it's a dll for media services)
