Printers on computer, not user

I have a pure Win XP Pro network with about 8 computers,
2 servers. I have a shared HP1300 and everything works
fine. I have added the printer on each PC, but when a
new user logs on, it has to be added again. Any way to
add the printer to the computer instead of the user?
