Your favorites are in Documents and Settings/username/Favorites and you
address book by default is in Documents and Settings/username/Application
Data/Microsoft/Address Book. You may want to also back up all your email
folders and messages and the are in Documents and Settings/username/Local
Settings/Application Data/Identities/long integer/Microsoft/Outlook Express.
Or you can search *.wab for address book and *.dbx for email messages.

You can back up your favorites onto a floppy or different folder via
IE's file menu \ import and export, then bring them back in the same
way.
