Missing .dll file for printing

Hello dears.
I am using Windows XP. Though I can print my e-mails(I
use IE) or Word documents, but when I try to print a file
from my urdu(my native language) software(PowerPage)
then "Cannot find winspool.dll" message appears. Please
do help.
