I have recently updated a Windows XP Pro SP1 installation
to include
all the recommeded Microsoft Updates. However I can no
longer connect
to an HP4050TN, which is served by a Windows 2K server.
I am told
Windows Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to
close. The
detail has the following technical information:-
AppName: explorer.exe
AppVer: 6.0.2800.1106
ModName: hclsock5.dll
ModVer: 6.2.0.1
Offset: 00007944
The dialogue then closes and prevents me from installing
the printer.
