Fax

Hi,
Can't receive incoming faxes using Basic Phone Tools and
Windows XP. Calls go through but how do you answer an
incoming fax? All cofiguration and driver's devices with
internal modem are working properly. I use only one phone
line for both internet, printer, scanner, and faxes. Is
the meodem supposed to determine what the difference is
between a fax and a call, because something isn't working
right? Everything is turned on and am off the internet
when a i am supposed to receive a fax. Do you have to be
logged on Window's XP? Does your Computer have to be on?
