View Full Version : kyocera shared printers on usb port --W2000 servers, XP workstations

I install a shared printer on a workstation across the network using
the administrator account. This printer is attached using a USB cable.
When other users log on to the station which does not have the printer
physically attached...they can't use/see the printer...why?

Is sharing enabled for the printer?
Printer Properties Printer Sharing.
Consider posting this to a network newsgroup if you have not done so
already.
