at the command prompt type:
net start spooler
or go to Control Panel, Administrative Tools, Services,
click on Print Spooler, make sure it's on Automatic, then
click the Start the service link.
If you get an error 1068 message, that's the same problem
I am having, I posted about it about 10 posts down ("Add
a Printer Wizard Won't Work"), check there and hopefully
someone will have replied with an answer.
