Cant see the XP CD to format Hard Drive

Im installing a new Western Digiatl Hard Drive. The only
drive the computer is seeing to load XP is the A: Floppy
Disk drive ...but my XP is a CD (drive D).

How can I get the computer to see the CD instad of looking
for the A drive?
