Can not install printer

Hi have an issue with printer installation wizard.
I'm running XPpro SR1 and already have a printer
installed that's workink fine. When i try to install a
new printer, i receive a message at the end of the wizard
( Could not complete the installation).
The printer i'm choosing is an HP laser 1200 and i'm
using XP original driver. Is it a problem related to
my first installed printer. Should i destroy all my
printer and reinstall them.
I require collaboration (Any hints)

Have you tried using the Communication Patch from the HP website at
http://tinyurl.com/bug8
