System was working fine yesterday. No changes to
hardware or software. Turned on PC today and system goes
through POST and starts like it is loading XP. Screen
goes black and the the system reboots. Tried to start it
in safe mode and it reboots then also. ASUS A7V333
motherboard with AMD 2000+ XP chip. It will continue
rebooting until powered off.

Prompt in Windows XP" (http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=304449).
