I recently removed wormblaster32 with advice from a
person in this board(with download from her website);;
She asked me to turn the RPC on after first failure.
Now my computor appears to be clean.
should I turn the RPC off again?
I use OE6 & winXP
Can she reply or anyone else help?

Yes, you should set it back to the default settings of Restart the Computer.
