QMS 860 printer

Windows XP provides a few drivers for the QMS 800 series
but none will allow my printer to work. The error message
is "...load..."
QMS offers no help. The printer is 1992 manufacture with-
out support of any kind.
How do I get Microsoft's attention to search out a new
driver that will perform?

Don't these work for you?
"QMS 860 Print System v2011.22 r15, "QMS 860+ Level 2"

Are you sure you are installing using the APW and pointing to inbox drivers?
These printers appear to be PS based, so hopefully they should function
easily with different driver.
Is the error message actually "...load...". Where do you get the message? In
the application? Can you print a test page?
