I am now using the Windows XP, English Version. The
problem is that I am able to read Chinese words in some
programs such as ICQ & Games. Anything I can do to solve
this problems. Cheer.

The problem is that you're "able" to read the Chinese characters?

Start > Control Panel > Regional and Language Options > Languages,
Supplemental Language Support > Install files for East Asian
Languages.

I wish I had that problem. I've always wanted to be able to read
Chinese. ;-)
