I don't know what happened. But, somewhere I must have clicked 'Yes' to some
crap. Now, I am stuck with this default toolbar for IE which doesn't go away
even though I made Google my default toolbar. Wouldn't be such a big deal
except
that this new toolbar has links to Adult Entertainment and my kids use the
computer too. Please help.
Thanks,
Arshad

If the toolbar won't go away, there's probably something running at Startup
that's putting it back. Click Start, Run and enter MSCONFIG Go to the
Startup tab and uncheck anything you're not sure of. If you need more
advice about what's loading at Startup, See www.dougknox.com, Win XP
Utilities, Startup Programs Tracker. This small utility scans your system
for startup programs and running processes. It also allows you to create a
log file that can be copied and pasted into a newsgroup post. The contents
of the program window are also copied to the Windows Clipboard,
automatically.
You may also want to visit www.lavasoft.com and download and install
AdAware.
