That's usually a function of the software you're using for documents ... =
ie, in MS Word, go to View and select Header and Footer. You can go =
from there.

For printing web pages, that's usally a function of your printer =
software ... a header or footer code.

If you could be more specific as to where your problem lies, and what =
software you're using ... post back. Or place a post in the appropriate =
software newsgroup ... ie 'microsoft.public.word'.
