My documents

We have xp and a dell, and when we print a document from
my documents, the message comes up that we are printing a
banner. WE have checked the printing setup and it is not
set up for banners. This only happens with the itmes we
want printed from my documents. you can't print
multiply copies, because the sond, third, etc copies come
out set up worng on the page.
