hi im new to this so please excuse my lack of skills. my
printer isnt working when i attempt to print a
document .ive checked all the cables and commections and
they seem ok, any advice would be appreciated.

What's you make and model of printer, and how is it connected to the PC.
Was this an upgrade installation of WindowsXP and if so, was the printer
connected to the PC during the upgrade?
