Not pictures in web browser

Hey,

I can't see any pictures on my HOTMAIL account. Pictures
friends have sent to me I just can't see them. I can see
their size and place on the web browsers page, with an
litle thing (icon) at the left top like a red 'x' with a
rectangle arround it.
Please help it's really anoying.

installed right i am not sure if this could be the case ok bud your friend
