PLEASE HELP!!!
I have 60 documents, each has to print with the page
number like this: Page 1 of 7, page 2 of 7 etc. The
documents look perfectly fine on the screen even in print
preview. But when I print (from Windowns XPprofessional
to HP1300) the first page prints page 2 of 7, page 3 of 7
etc. Even though the first page IS the first page it
prints page 2 of 7. Thus, the last page prints page 8 of
7. This did not happen with my old computer. I now have
a DELL.
Please help.
Thank you
Alexandra

This is a problem with the software you are using to create the document...
not to do with the printer itself - and usually it's related to exactly how
you are asking it to number the pages (ie user error).... I believe the
default is usually NOT to have a footer printed on the first page if the
footer is related to just page numbering.

If you are using Word, please post to
