I highly recommend that you send an e:mail to one of the
people who reply to these questions and attempt to setup a
Remote Access session. You can always monitor the progress
and at any time you become uncomfortable with the changes
that the individual is making you can cancel the session
or interupt the process. The remote access session will
allow an experianced user to configure your computer from
wherever they are and it won't cost you a cent. Good luck.
