After booting I continue to get a pop-up window that asks
me to tell Microsoft about this problem. The window is
entitled IEXPLORE.EXE. It then says "IEXPLORE has
encountered a problem and needs to close". Apparently the
root of the problem has something to do with my
C:\Docume\frank\locals etc etc etc. How do I find this
document and correct my problem?

Hi,

The "root" is simply where the temp file containing information about the
error is being stored while you send it for error reporting. The problems is
with Internet Explorer, start/run the below line to reinstall it and
hopefully resolve the issue:

rundll32.exe setupapi,InstallHinfSection DefaultInstall 132
%windir%\Inf\ie.inf
