Fax View fault

HI ,

I have been using MS Fax that comes with xp and no
problems then all of a sudden when I try to view any faxes
it is no longer possible . Seems to be no reason for
this .

I have removed and added from control panel>ad/remove>then
add remove windows compaonents . I reconfigured the
information on the set up . My old faxes where stil listed
in the in and out box but unable to view . I am however
able to view other tiff images from different locations .

Any help from anyone ?

Have you gone to the Windows update site and applied the hotfix for this?
