Over the past week or so, every time I send something to
my printer from the internet, I get an error message
saying "Internet Explorer has encountered a problem and
needs to close". The printer works fine from word
processing programs, but not the internet. Microsoft is
also useless in helping me try to get an answer about
this. Does anybody have any ideas about this?
