printer not working ( print spooler and print server not working)

I work on as ysytem which is connected to a network
printer and offlate the printer doesnt print from my
system ,but it does so when logged onto any other system
in the network from the same a/c of mine.The print and
fax section in the control panel does show me the printer
icon with the tick mark but it shows as unable to connect
to the printer.

I have tried using the printing troubleshooter which
detected that print server was not working although it
sometimes gives error as print spooler not working.

my network connections work fine as i am able to
communicate with other systems in the network.

I havent been able to solve the problem.

can anyone give me a suggestion?
