Windows does not multiply files and move directories on its own.

Try adjusting your mouse. If it is using very quick and sensitive settings,
the accidental moves and duplications could be due to a slight wiggle in
mouse maneuvers at the wrong time.

Control Panel | Folder Options | General: Choose between single and double
click styles

Control Panel | Mouse: Adjust the tracking speed and the double clicking
speed of your mouse.

Also suggest that you scan your system with an up-to-date antivirus program
and, if you don't already, use a firewall to protect your system from
intrusions.
