Buffered overrun detected

To admin,
Please help me solve this problem. I cannot open explorer,
when I opened it, there was a error msg "Microsoft c++
runtime library" and the message is Buffered overrun
detected". So I have installed services pack1 for windowsXP
Home again, but it didn't work. Also I have installed
ie6.What can I do? Please send a solution for this problem
via my email.
