Unless I am going completely round the bend, I cannot
solve this problem. My daughter who is doing loads of
coursework for her 'A' levels tried to print out her work
on the above printer, which has worked fine until about 1
week ago. The problem is it will not print in black. I
have changed the cartridge, cleaned the nozzle, checked
the print alignment and done all the tests suggested but
with no effect. The colour is fine, it will print the
text in colours of the rainbow but not black. I have e-
mailed epson but am still waiting for an answer. Can
someone please help a desperate dad and concerned
daughter. I am running Windows XP Pro, have loads of
memory and hard drive space. I have un-installed and re-
installed the printer twice, Windows finds the printer
straight away and installs the drivers no problem but no
black print. Help Help.
