Failure to answer incoming faxes

Since a hard drive crash, my fax program refuses to
automatically answer incoming faxes. I have used the fax
wizard several times to set this up with no success. I
can send faxes with no trouble.

"Refuses?" Can you provide any more specific information? Might want to
include what "my fax program" is.
