error sending fax - receives o.k.

I am experiencing the same troubles sending a fax as Bean and others. I can
receive faxes, but sending fails always.
I read about PSS and changing the registry.
What is PSS??

And I wonder, has this brought any solution yet??

No solutions so far. They're just starting to collect data on these
problems. PSS is Product Support Services. There is both PSS logging and
debug logging required get the information needed.
