Automatically printing faxes

Hi

I have a problem automatically printing faxes in Win XP,
which I hope someone can help me with!

In the printer configuration, I have set the option to
automatically print recieved faxes. Bizarrely, when a fax
is recieved it does not print. There is absolutley no
problem printing faxes manually, as right clicking on a
fax and clicking print works perfectly.

Can anyone help?
