I would like to chance the letter of my hard drive.Now
its E:, I would like to bring it too C:.Windows XP says
taht i cant change drive letter.Is it because its NTFS
and that my OS is on that drive...? Itried everything
with computer manegment!!!!

Could someone please help me!!!

P.S. Lets say i am able to change it .....will it affect
other programs installed before this change???

It is because the OS is on that drive. Windows will no longer work
when you change the drive letter because all system-related path
entries in the configuration settings will be invalid afterwards
(still pointing to E).
You have to re-setup the drive with FDISK and then clean-reinstall
Windows and reinstall your applications afterwards.
