PrintUIEntry command to add network printer

I am trying to use the rundll32 printui.dll, PrintUIEntry
command in a login script for users to add a network
printer for individual users. What would be the command
line syntax to add a network printer located on the
printserver \\genericserver\generichplaserjet, in a login
script? Thanks.
