RPC service terminated unexpectedly

Hi,

I upgraded Windows 98 to Windows XP, and I got this
problem, here is the log:

Event Type: Error
Event Source: Service Control Manager
Event Category: None
Event ID: 7031
Date: 9/7/2003
Time: 5:01:55 PM
User: N/A
Computer: GERRY
Description:
The Remote Procedure Call (RPC) service terminated
unexpectedly. It has
done this 1 time(s). The following corrective action
will be taken in 60000
milliseconds: Reboot the machine.

How to solve the problem? I found KB with Event ID 7031,
that's all about Windows 2000, not XP.
