Windows XP doesnt have any settings for mail. If you are using Outlook
Express or Outlook try posting in their newsgroups. Or contact the maker of
the software you are using.

As it's the opposite of 99.9 recurring percent of questions regarding junk
mail, do you mind sharing the purpose of your request?
One short cut would be to register with as many financial, online
electronics dealers, astrology and of course sex sites.
They won't believe their luck, and hopefully your wish will be granted.
