apply changes

i can not apply changes to a network printer in XP
(the "apply" button is greyed out). Any suggestions?

It's indicating that you do not have the correct permissions in order to
apply the changes. You'd have to go to the PC on which the printer is
attached and either make the changes there or give the remote user (ie you
on the other PC) the correct permissions.
