Epson Printer

I was printing without any problems until my daughter
downloaded some files and at that moment the printer
stopped working at all.
I tried removing and reinstalling the software including
the drivers but I have not been successful.
Any hints of whay Might help me to solve this problem?

And what were these files your daughter downloaded? And what do you mean by
"stopped working at all"? Please clarify so we might be able to assist.
Chances are that the files your daughter downloaded have nothing to do with
the printing error, but we won't know that unless you elaborate.
