Fax

I have an e-machine running wdw XP. I can receive faxes
but can't send them. I've tried changing the phone
number format but get the same "fatal error" message.
Can anyone enlighten me regarding how to fix this problem?

what is the fax program you are using to send and receive faxes. Is it
Windows XP Fax. If so, give detailed steps and errors you get.
