How to disable PnP for printer?

Hi,
We have different kind of HP printer, and use basic feature of HP
printer. We install a general printer driver(PCL driver) for HP
printer. The question is how to disable PnP for printer when we
connect another different kind of HP printer? Thank you for your help.
